Use 📷 Blood Boil if you have 2 charges, or if any enemies in range are not affected by 📷 Blood Plague. Be sure you will not need to interrupt the channel, for example to use 📷 Dark Command or 📷 Death Strike. Use 📷 Blooddrinker if you have it talented. Use 📷 Death Strike if your next ability would cause you to overcap Runic Power, or if 📷 Blood Shield is about to expire (this will only be a problem during off-tanking periods, or when you will be out of melee range of any target for an extended period of time.). Use 📷 Marrowrend if your 📷 Bone Shield will expire before you have a chance to refresh it in the normal course of your rotation. Rotation is simple: (I don't use runestrike i like to use blood drinker while moving and kiting) Stack the buffs from Hemostasis before using Death Strike. But you will see pretty fast that you don't need it. If you feel insecure at the beginning take the Purgatory talent.
